At Heads Up Holidays, you and your family are free to travel where you want, when you want, without the expense of having to pay for 24/7 care.
All our carers are locally sourced English people or English speaking locals, with knowledge of the area. Each is specially trained to meet the needs of head-injured people, and all carers are police checked, reference checked and managed by senior co-ordinators. For your reassurance, they adhere to UK legislation and are first aid and health & safety certified.

You can contact your carer and co-ordinator at any time by the Heads Up Holidays mobile phone which youčll be given for the duration of your holiday.
 What level of support do you want?

Heads Up Holidays provide as much or as little support as you want, for example it could be:
Travel assistance – such as escorted travel, baggage check-in and airport meet and greet and transfers
Activities – perhaps you only want our help for the activities while youčre away, or for an introductory tour and so on
Emergency – maybe youčre looking for the reassurance of having a local contact and emergency back-up available at the end of the phone
24/7 support – we can, if you wish, be with you all the way
