TRAVEL CRITERIA

INSURANCE
Travel, medical expenses, baggage, money and cancellation insurance is compulsory on all holidays. The client accepts that it is their own responsibility to arrange insurance that covers their individual requirements.

BOOKING
All people making a booking with Heads Up Holidays Limited must complete and sign both sides of the booking form together with a deposit of 30% of the applicable Fee. The client will be risk assessed based on the information provided and subsequent checks with existing support workers and/or clinicians.
CANCELLATIONS
If a booking is cancelled, the Company shall retain the full deposit if this is within two weeks of departure. If a booking is cancelled less than thirty one (31) days before departure, a cancellation fee will be payable by the Clients to the Company as follows:

31 - 24 days (40% of total fare)
23 - 15 days (60% of total fare)
14 - 0 days (100% of total fare)


ACCIDENTS AND LIABILITY
The Company does not hold itself responsible for death or any injury or loss, which might occur to such persons sustained by any cause whatsoever. The Client hereby indemnifies and holds the Company harmless against any and all claims in respect of personal injury or damage either direct or consequential arising from any cause whatsoever as a result of the participation by the Client and person under his authority on the tour.

COST OF ITINERARY CHANGES
If the Client wishes to transfer from one activity to another before thirty one (31) days prior to departure and if the Company agrees, an administrative fee of ?50.00 per person will be charged. Normal cancellation fees will apply within thirty one (31) days of departure. A contingency fee will be added to the itinerary to cover the cost of additional activities and support. This will be reimbursed to the client 2 weeks after the holiday if it is not used.
